You have to push yourself to go to failure when you’re training your legs! No matter what your goal is.

So I believe pain tolerance plays a big role when it comes to growing or toning your legs!

My advice! Always ask yourself can I do 1 more rep? If so, you better do 1 more rep!

It takes mental and physical toughest to get the results you want!!
