Here Are 3 Mistakes You May Be Making!!

(1) Too much pre workout! When training biceps getting a good pump is important. It’ll promote muscle growth and provide the muscle with nutrients. Too much caffeine will decrease the blood flow to the muscle.

(2) Resting too long in between sets! You should only take 30-45 seconds of rest when training you’re biceps. The lower the rest the more muscle breakdown!

(3) Overtraining! The bicep is small muscle you only need to do 3 exercises (9-10 sets). You can then train them twice a week.
