Free weights are getting neglected on back day!!
Why? Because most gyms provide an assortment of lat machines! Don’t get me wrong most machines are great . But free weights are necessary when training back!!
As we discussed before free weights = more hypertrophy!!
So on back day don’t forget about the following exercises

Bent Over Rows ✅
Single Arm Lat Rows ✅
