Incline Lat Rows!!
This is an overlooked exercise in my opinion.
If you struggling to get thickest in your back try to incorporate this exercise into your program!
When performing this exercise remember to!!!
(1) Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
(2) Change up your grip (knuckles facing forward and to the side)
(3) Focus on form before weight!! This is not a low rep, heavy weight exercise.
