Hi, my name is Troy Colton and I’m a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritionist Specialized certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I specialize in Bodybuilding and Weight loss. I created Formula to help clients reach their fitness goals in an easy and more convenient way. Every program that I provide is closely analyzed to reach your goals and it is 100% customized to your goals, genetics, and lifestyle. What to expect from joining formula? First, we will communicate through text, email, phone, or facetime. After that, I will have a good idea of what your goals are. Then you will fill out a questionnaire and then we can get started! Expect your workout and diet plan in just 1 to 3 business days later and you will also become part of our online community of members.
